Proline FC Soccer Academy continued firing blanks in the U-17 FUFA Juniors League when they fell 3-1 to last year’s champions BUL FC Junior team on Sunday at the Luzira Prison grounds.

Skipper and son to music icon Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool, Alpha Thierry Ssali netted for Proline, but his strike was not enough to save his side from defeat with Jericho James and Ndalambi Jimmy’s brace gifting BUL with a precious victory to go second place in the Hat-trick group on five points.

It was Proline’s second consecutive loss after Kyetume FC junior team defeated them in their opening fixture, further condemning them to the bottom of the log in the Hat-trick group.

Elsewhere, Bright Stars Junior team defeated KCCA JT in a comprehensive 3-1 result. Ronald Kaye, Jimmy Irinimbabazi, Issa Bugembe scored for Bright Stars, while Geoffrey Oyaka scored what proved to be a consolation goal.
