Former Vipers Sc midfielder Keziron Kizito has completed his move to KCCA FC on a 2-year contract, Football256 reveals.
He joins the Lugogo based side from Indian Super League club Kerala Blasters after his contract expired with the club coy on renewing his contract.
KCCA manager Mike Mutebi is understood to be a huge admirer of the technically gifted midfielder since his formative days as a young lad at Old Kampala SS.
It will be his second stint in the Uganda Premier League with the first one coming at Vipers SC where he became a household name between 2014-16 before departing for Kenyan side AFC Leopards.
He spent less than a season at Leopards before switching allegiance to Kerala Blasters, where he played under legendary England goalkeeper David James and lined up alongside former Manchester United players, Dimitar Barbatov and Wesley Brown.
It will be interesting to see how he fits into Mike Mutebi’s midfield set up which already boasts of players such as Muzamir Mutyaba, Jackson Nunda, Saddam Juma, Gift Ali, and the sensational Allan Okello.
He becomes KCCA FC’s fifth signing in this ongoing transfer window after John Revita, Simon Sserunkuma, Erisa Sekisambu, and Nigerian forward John Odumwegu.
