Transfers: Left-back Musisi completes move to Vipers

Left-back Farook Musisi has completed his move to Vipers SC on a three year deal from Zambian side Konkola Blades, understands.

Vipers SC have been eagerly searching for a tried and tested left-back to compete with the promising un19 skipper Azizi Kayondo and in Musisi they have got one.

“I feel so good to join such a club with big ambitions like Vipers. My target now is to win the league title as well as earning a national team call up,” Musisi told this website after putting pen on paper.

Musisi formerly played for Lweza FC, Proline FC and SC Villa in the Uganda Premier League before leaving for a short professional stint in Zambia with Konkola Blades.

He is expected to make his debut in the Pilsner Super 8 finals where Vipers will play the winner between KCCA FC and Onduparaka FC.

Musisi joins; Rashid Toha, Paul Willa, Allan Kayiwa, Muhammad Shaban, Bayo Fahad, Henry Kitegenyi, among others as some of the Venoms’ new recruits in the ongoing transfer window.
